Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship only within Australia.

  • Free Postage on orders OVER $100.00 within Australia

  • Delivery Fee for orders UNDER $100.00 is $15.00 within Australia.

 

How long does an order take to arrive? 

  • Delivery times vary, however for NSW allow 3 - 5 business days

  • Regional areas allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to arrive

During November and December, delivery times may take longer.

All orders are posted out via Australia Post. The parcel is registered and trackable.

 

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.  If you have not received your order within 7 - 10 days of placing it, please contact us.


Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Faulty, damaged products are eligible for return. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange replacements etc.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Should an item need to be returned we will provide you with a prepaid parcel post bag in which to return the item.

Please note we are not responsible for customs charges etc.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has a faulty pump for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at beautyfulldrummoyne@gmail.com and send your item to:
